Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Alzheimer’s disease is the most famous dementia in the world. Electroencephalography (EEG), which is excellent at time resolution, has been suggested as an easy and affordable method of diagnosis. In this study, we focused on time series variation of BFCN by EEG. Then, we presumed the effect on characterization of healthy elderlies and patients for 5 frequency bands by construction of BFCNs. For the construction of BFCNs, synchronization likelihood (SL) was adapted. In the result, we found that time series data of network indices in healthy elderlies and dementia patients BFCN would be useful for discrimination between 2 groups.
