Coexistence Scheme with Mobile Terminals by Null-Space Expansion in Wireless Power Transfer

Abstract(in English) Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) is a promising technology that can supply energy to an increasing number of IoT terminals and sensor networks stably and effectively. However, its large transmission power poses a problem of interference to existing Wireless Information Transfer (WIT) terminals such as Wi-Fi. Null-steering using array antenna from WPT base station is effective for interference suppression. Since the null-space is usually narrow, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect due to the movement of the communication terminals. This paper focuses on Null-Space Expansion (NSE) and proposes an interference suppression method based on it in order to realize stable coexistence of WPT and WIT. In addition, this paper also proposes a method to perform NSE after grouping WIT terminals. Its effectiveness is demonstrated by the computer simulation.
