Distributed UAV Deployment Method for Jamming Avoidance

Abstract(in English) In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are used to collect and relay information including image and movie data from mobile wireless sensors on the ground, for example, in times of disaster. However, due to the rapid increase in cyber attacks, it is necessary to defend UAVs against such attacks, specifically, jamming attacks on UAVs. To defend UAVs against jamming attacks and for scalability, distributed UAV deployment is essential, but existing research has not sufficiently considered it. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a distributed UAV deployment method for jamming avoidance to maximize the throughput of the sensors based on the virtual spring method.
