[Tutorial Lecture] Short-range radio propagation characteristics evaluation technology in the 300-GHz band

Abstract(in English) Research and development of terahertz wireless communication using from 0.1 THz to 10 THz radio waves is underway as a means to achieve ultrahigh-speed wireless communication. Various use cases of terahertz wireless link, such as mobile access, wireless LAN, and close proximity wireless communication, are currently being investigated. This paper describes techniques for measuring reflection characteristics, direction-of-arrival profiles, and delay profiles in the terahertz band.
