Abstract(in English) For future Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellation satellite communication system, a development millimeter-wave digital beam forming (DBF) antenna and transceiver become emerging technologies. We proposed direct digital RF (DRF) transmitter for this purpose and have showed the feasibility. In this feasibility study, RF section was actually made but digital signal processing (DSP) section was not made but was off-line batch processing. In this paper, we confirm the computation bit count of the direct DRF modulator section and the effect of Oversampling Ratio (OSR) on ACLR, and based on the results and the effect of ACLR(Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio) improvement by using multiple elements, we present the results of our study on the maximum bandwidth that meets the requirements for a Beyond 5G system.
