Abstract(in English) Short distance transmission designing method based on Gaussian Noise Model that considered optical path characteristics (ASE noise and nonlinear effects) and transceiver characteristics are evaluated in laboratory and field environment, in terms of signal quality estimation accuracy. Also, an approach to implement transmission designing tool in a multi vendor telecom network is suggested and the results of its designing accuracy field verification are shown, along with some issues to be addressed in the future.
