Abstract(in English) This report describes a 16W-class GaN power amplifier module prototyped for 5G Massive-MIMO base-station applications. The report focuses on output matching circuit design. Power measurements conducted under 3.7 to 4.0 GHz, 8.5dB PAPR, NR100MHz signal conditions show acceptable RF characteristics -power gain, PAE, and ACLR- for actual base station implementation.
