[ポスター講演]High-Definition Cylindrical POV Displays using 2D-LED Arrays

Abstract(in English) POV (Persistence of Vision) display is a type of display that utilizes the phenomenon of visual persistence. We are currently experimenting with the SK9822 LED strip to create a POV display. We arrange an 8x8 grid of LED strips in a rhombus pattern on the outer surface of an acrylic cylinder. By programming the control of the colors and flickering of the lights and rapidly rotating the cylinder, we achieved showing images in space.
