Abstract(in English) With the commercialization of the 5th Generation mobile communication system (5G), there has been a need to study how to efficiently use high-frequency bands such as Sub6 and millimeter waves outdoors. The authors have previously studied the characteristics of the outdoor-to-indoor radio propagation, in particular the development of a Building Entry Loss (BEL) model. In this paper, in order to clarify the characteristics of the transmission loss through window glasses, which is one of the factors of BEL, toward the development of a site-specific BEL model for system design, we measured each transmission loss through several types of window glasses in a radio anechoic chamber by changing the incident angle three-dimensionally, and developed the estimation equations using an optimization method.
