Abstract(in English) | At manufacturing sites for engineering to order, assembly work by workers is mainly performed, but cross-checks by multiple workers are performed to ensure quality. On the other hand, shortening the manufacturing lead time and reducing manufacturing costs are also required. As a countermeasure, operation instruction method and automatic work evidence recording method are proposed. In this paper, the effectiveness of the method based on trial results at an actual manufacturing site is explained. |
