Abstract(in English) | We have been investigating the transceiver composition for repeaters using analog RoF with multimode fiber, which is under consideration for improving the insensitive area in wireless communication systems, that use the SHF band for carrier frequency. The configuration of the transceiver section is considered millimeter-wave full-duplex communication, and high isolation is required between the output and input of the high-gain amplification circuit for highly attenuated radio signals, and between the adjacent transmitting and receiving circuit parts. In response to this issue, we performed electromagnetic field analysis on the wraparound between the output and input in the high-gain amplification circuit and the leakage between transmitting and receiving circuits. We realized the composition of transceiver that can achieve both transmission characteristics and high isolation. |
