Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is one of the very important purposes of use for Knowledge management system to identify experts in specific fields. It can be expected to improve the efficiency and quality of user problem solving and decision-making and improve the results and competitiveness of organizations and communities by finding the right experts. Because experts have a wealth of experience and expertise in their fields and are familiar with the latest trends. On the other hand, since a huge amount of information is stored in the Knowledge Management System, there is a problem in that it is difficult to appropriately search and identify experts who are relevant to the user's issues. In this study, to clarify the information necessary to identify a given expert, firstly we analyzed and attempted to model the content of inquiries made by users who require information about experts.
