| Abstract(in English) | Beyond 5G mobile communication systems are expected to use higher frequencies, and base station equipment is required to use phased array beam steering and MIMO multiplexing. To realize this function, the authors have proposed a small phased array antenna device that combines a staircase array antenna, Butler matrix, and phase shifters. In this report, we will introduce the design and measurement evaluation of the antenna part, the study of heat dissipation methods of staircase amplifier array, and the high speed user terminal search technology using less than one symbol. |
