Abstract(in English) Future wireless communications will require high security as well as high capacity. We have proposed a wireless communication system for high security of the physical layer and demonstrated wireless transmission of the proposed system by AND operation between two data in terahertz waves. In this work, we propose XOR operation between two data using FSK terahertz waves which has higher security than AND operation. Two 200-GHz FSK terahertz waves are generated by a high-speed wavelength tunable laser and arrayed uni-traveling-carrier photodiodes, and XOR operation between two data are successfully demonstrated.
