Abstract(in English) With the rapid increase in communication traffic in recent years, high-speed optical switches are required for optical communications in data centers. As one of the optical switches, wavelength routing optical switches are operated by switching a wavelength of a light source .To investigate applicability of the RTF laser as a light source, we measured the voltage-frequency characteristics and optimized the control voltage to perform a high-speed wavelength switching.
