Abstract(in English) A bilayer lipid membrane (BLM) is a basic unit of a cell membrane. Free-standing BLMs formed over an aperture in a microfabricated Si chip have higher resistance than other BLMs formed with different methods. In this study, we formed BLMs with and without PCBM over an aperture in a microfabricated Si chip, and did chronopotentiometry measurements. As a result, the time evolution of voltage across a BLM was classified into three categories. The trend of classification changed depending on the elapsed time from the BLM formation and the presence or absence of PCBM. Possible reasons for these results are the infiltration of water into BLM due to time-course change, the disorder of the BLM structure due to PCBM, and electroporation.
