Abstract(in English) | The author investigated a stable power supply method for IoT devices used indoors that does not require battery replacement. In this study, parameters such as solar cell output and capacitor capacitance were evaluated to ensure stable power supply even in low-power environments. The output of the solar cells was evaluated for use in small electronic devices, and a nearly linear plot of the power generation characteristics against irradiance was obtained. The output of spherical silicon solar cells was almost constant with respect to the angle of installation. Based on these results, the author formulated the charging time versus capacitor capacity for indoor solar power generation. |
