Abstract(in English) | Wireless Power Charging and Communication Network (WPCN) is a network integrating Wireless Information Transmission (WIT) and Wireless Energy Transmission (WET). A mathematical model based on energy queuing model has been proposed as an effective performance analysis method for WPCN. Recently, the application of directional antennas that supply energy to specific stations (STAs) or regions to WPCNs has been considered. However, the performance analysis based on the energy queuing model is not applicable to the performance analysis for WPCN with directional WET. This paper proposes a mathematical model-based performance analysis for WPCN with directional WET. The state transitions regarding directional power supplying for feeding specific STAs and regions are newly included into the energy queuing model. The validity of the proposed analysis method is shown that the analytical results compare with the simulation ones. |
