Performance improvements of Multi-Platform Parallel Computing System Based on Web Technologies

Abstract(in English) Web browsers can be used as architecture-independent execution environments, and nowadays they can provide the same functionality as OS-native applications without the need for special tools. Therefore, we have realized a cluster system using Web technology that does not require special software and can be configured by any device. However, the initial implementation of the system does not fully utilize the processing power of the system due to low operating efficiency of worker threads in parallel processing. Therefore, this paper implements methods to improve operating efficiency of worker threads during parallel processing, achieving improved parallel processing performance. In the improved system, the parallel processing execution time is reduced by 10%~25% from the execution time in the initial implementation, The improvement in parallel processing performance was confirmed by the improvement in worker thread operating efficiency
