Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Modern society is said to be a "stress society," and various types of stress exist. It is also clear that a disturbed sleeping habit increases stress reactions and has adverse effects on the body and mind. Unlike high school students, many college students, who are becoming more independent and making choices and decisions more freely, tend to have irregular sleeping habits and are more likely to have problems with sleep. On the other hand, advances in wearable device technology have made it possible to quantify and easily grasp their own stress and sleep levels. The purpose of this study is to obtain quantitative stress and sleep data from wearable devices, to learn the characteristics of one's own sleep, and to verify the degree to which stress and sleep are related to each other. Based on the results, we will explore the possibility of realizing a stress-aware service that provides appropriate support and measures in response to stress, in cooperation with various external services.
