Abstract(in English) | This research aims to develop a system that predicts effective training menus considering an individual's physical condition, with the aim of preventing frailty by improving physical functions. This study uses a specific IoT training machine that can improve a function of inner muscles. However, most of the currently existing systems provide a randomly selected training menu to all users. This paper proposes a method to predict an individual's physical condition by machine learning, utilizing sensor data from the IoT training machine, so that training can be tailored to each user's individual needs. |
