Abstract(in English) Implantable cardiac electrical devices can record a variety of arrhythmic events, but the determination of supraventricular or ventricular arrhythmia is often incorrect, requiring intracardiac ECG analysis by a physician. We propose a method to classify arrhythmias by combining a method based on a physician’s diagnosis and gradient boosting. 236 subjects were used in experiments, and the proposed method was able to classify 83.5% of Accuracy, which is an improvement over existing devices (82.7%).
