Abstract(in English) Radio over fiber (RoF) is attracting much attention as one way to realize high frequency bands systems. A fixed wavelength allocation beamforming scheme and pre beamforming control method were proposed to attain the desired link budget in such systems. However, these beamforming performances may be degraded with planar massive array antenna. Therefore, we proposed a novel beam control method for high frequency bands RoF systems with planar massive array antenna. In this paper, the proposed method characteristics is evaluated, and the effects of suppressing beamforming deterioration which is less than 0.6 dB with 256 antenna elements are shown.
