Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a compact rectenna integrating a double voltage rectifier to realize large-scale rectenna arrays. Integrating a rectifier into an antenna element achieves miniaturization, and the proposed rectenna allows us to place many unit rectennas in a small area. The output power of the unit rectenna is increased by using a double voltage rectifier. In this paper, an antenna element used in the proposed rectenna is designed, and the antenna characteristics are confirmed to be equivalent to those of a conventional square microstrip antenna. The output power of the proposed rectenna is evaluated by simulation and prototype measurement, and higher output power than the rectenna with a single series rectifier is obtained under high power-density conditions. |
