Secure Iris Recognition with Linear Hashing

Abstract(in English) Biometrics represents one of the most robust methods for securing individual information. Due to its high accuracy, the demand for biometric technology has been on the rise in recent years. This paper explores the use of error correction codes to enhance the performance of biometric systems, specifically focusing on reducing computational requirements and improving security levels with Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) codes. An analysis of the extent to which they contribute to correct identification results is also presented.
