| Abstract(in English) | User experience depends on various elements such as service contents or behaviors in servicing. In this study, we analyze enhancement of user experience considering the elements as a means to connect users and the service. Aiming to develop a person-centered care service, we need to consider a trade-off between individual cares and work efficiency. This paper introduces an analysis on a service in a bar-type restaurant used by solo customers as a model case of individualized customer service and efficient use of limited resources, and discusses how to improve user experience by abstracting the insights gained. |
