Abstract(in English) We propose a new variant of the AES algorithm, named the AES symbol block cipher, designed for M-ary quadrature amplitude modulation. This algorithm inherits four critical functions from the traditional AES: bit-block processing, advanced encryption standard, modulation, and amplitude modulation. Additionally, we demonstrate the improvement in bit error rate characteristics using a hard-decision-based error correction code.
