| 抄録(和) | 本研究は画像の質感改善を目的として，画像特徴量の明度および彩度の変化が，味覚イメージ「甘味」「酸味」「塩味」「苦味」「炭酸感」「清涼感」に与える影響を考察する．画像に対して主観評価実験を実施し，調査結果に対して統計分析手法を用いた解析を行った結果，画像特徴量と味覚イメージの対応関係の共通点と個性について考察することができた． |
| 抄録(英) | With the aim of improving the features of images, this research examines the effects of changes in the brightness and saturation of image features on the taste images of sweetness, sourness, saltiness, bitterness, bubblyness, and coolness. As a results of conducting subjective evaluation experiments on images and analyzing the survey results using statistical analysis methods, we were able to consider the commonalities and individuality of the correspondence between image features and taste images. |
