Abstract(in English) Dielectric lens antennas are suited for use as antennas in 300 GHz band because these can easily achieve high directivity and have low feed losses. However, the lens antenna has a drawback that the overall height of the antenna is high. In this paper, we aim to mitigate the drawback of lens antennas, which is their overall height, by constructing the lens with a short focal length using high dielectric materials. Furthermore, the surface reflections resulting from constructing the lens with high permittivity materials are reduced by implementing one-dimensional anti-reflective structures added to the lens surface. Through periodic structure analysis, we optimize the matching structure considering oblique incident waves. By adding the optimized matching structure to the lens surface, we demonstrate the improvement of gain in the wide-angle radiation pattern of the multi-beam lens antenna.
