| Abstract(in English) | Japan's population continues to decline, and the working population is also decreasing. To make up for this shortage, more and more foreigners are being hired every year. To make up for this shortage, more and more foreigners are being hired every year. However, the Japanese language spoken by foreigners is often affected by the accent of their native language, which causes discrepancies in conversation. However, the Japanese spoken by foreigners can be affected by the accent of their native language, which can cause discrepancies in conversation and prevent smooth teamwork with Japanese people. Therefore, this paper proposes a new method to evaluate the effect of foreigner's pronunciation on teamwork. In this paper, we investigate the pronunciation of Japanese by non-Japanese speakers and examine the differences between the Japanese spoken by native Japanese speakers and Japanese speakers, focusing on phoneme length. This paper reports an analysis of the differences between native speakers of Japanese and Japanese speakers of Japanese, focusing on the length of phonemes. |
