Ramen Restaurant Recommendation System by Automatic Generation of Reviews

Abstract(in English) In this research, we propose a method for recommending ramen restaurants by automatically generating reviews. Our method uses GPT, which is fine-tuned by a large number of reviews about ramen, to generate reviews from questions such as “Tell me about good miso ramen restaurants at Kichijoji station.” and recommends restaurants from the generated reviews by T5. For example, our methods generates reviews about “good miso ramen” in response to the above question and recommends ramen restaurants serving “good miso ramen” in Kichijoji station area based on those reviews. Our method is able to recommend ramen restaurants for complex questions. The evaluation results showed that the accuracy of our method was 72%.
