| Abstract(in English) | It is said that diaries have self-disclosure effects, and we focus on self-disclosure as one of the methods of mental health care. Among the effects of self-disclosure, we focused on the functions of emotional expression and self-clarification, which play an important role in the process within an individual. As an application design to promote these effects, we developed a diary writing system using congruent facial expression agent. We believe that this system allows users to gain awareness of the self by creating time to face the self and writing about the self. In this paper, we examine self-disclosure and changes in emotions through a diary writing experiment, based on the hypothesis that deep self-disclosure is achieved by writing emotions under communication with congruent facial expression agent. |
