| Abstract(in English) | Compared to electronic devices such as general LSIs, the fabrication of optical waveguide devices is largely dependent on the experience of skilled engineers and trial-and-error fabrication methods. In this report, we introduce a manufacturing method for fabricating optical devices that utilizes process data in the manufacturing process. |
