Abstract(in English) To further improve the sensitivity of servo seismometers, the incorporation of a Fabry-P?rot interferometer using optical fibres has been proposed. By applying phase modulation, the Fabry-P?rot interferometer can measure not only the magnitude of displacement but also the direction of displacement. An optical relay method that enables a distance between the phase modulation unit and the sensor unit was proposed for high-sensitivity measurement after applying phase modulation, but waveforms without phase difference were detected. This time, the optical relay system was improved, and the measurement results and the improvement of the measurement system are described.
