Abstract(in English) We are developing a sensor system that uses surface plasmon resonance (SPR) to measure the concentration of a sample solution in real time. The real-time measurement of concentration is made possible by feedback control of the incident angle, in which the SPR current remains constant even when the concentration of the sample solution changes. We have experimentally demonstrated that such real-time measurement works.
