| Abstract(in English) | Cooperation between individuals is a way to achieve larger personal goals. In this research, we utilize OKR (Objectives and Key Results), which has been attracting attention as a goal management method, to seek the optimal elements in matching to promote mutual goal attainment. The authors conducted an experiment based on the hypothesis that matching based on OKRs, rather than on profile information, which is commonly used in group planning, will facilitate planning for the achievement of mutual goals. Based on the findings of this experiment, we aim to develop a matching system using OKR. |
