Abstract(in English) | It is no exaggeration to say that CMOS wireless circuits and CMOS sensor circuits are the most advanced technologies in the 21st century. Their progress, as exemplified by cell phones, has revolutionized our lives. In recent years, AI technology has evolved even more rapidly, and there is no doubt that it will fuse with the two technologies mentioned above to revolutionize our society even more significantly. Circuit engineers need to stay abreast of these trends and develop essential circuit technologies ahead of the curve. This paper discusses the sensing circuits required for AI recognition, reviewing the key technologies for sensors and wireless circuits with low-power operation. |
