| Abstract(in English) | With the spread of the Internet and cell phones, services involving information transactions have increased dramatically, and many services are now related to information and communication systems. As a result, the development of communication services, which used to be conducted in the area of system design, is now strongly influenced by the area of service design. This presentation provides information for discussing the future direction of communication quality research by looking at the research and development of communication services from the perspective of design research. |
