Abstract(in English) | With the development of sensing technology, location-aware (LA) services, which utilize location information of moving objects such as vehicles and people to provide location-based services, have been remarkably developed in recent years. However, the development of Currently, the development of LA services requires the construction of individual systems that include the management of location information of mobile objects, evaluation of conditions based on location information, and processing when conditions are met. Siloed systems reduce the reusability of collected data and increase the cost of redevelopment of functions. In this study, we propose an LA platform that streamlines LA service development. The LA platform reduces the scope of LA service implementation and development costs by providing object information management, condition registration and evaluation functions, etc., as separate services from LA services, which conventionally had to be developed for each LA service. In the case study, the LA platform was used to develop an LA service that notifies users when they enter or leave a room based on the positional relationship between people and rooms. |
