Abstract(in English) | The signal transfering method which uses D-RoF (Digital Radio-over-Fiber) and the delta sigma DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) has many advantages. For examples, the method only requires the optical transceiver for the data communication and can generate the RF (Radio Frequency) signal directly. The bandpass type delta sigma DAC has a wide frequency range, but its stability degradesnear DC and Nyquist frequency. This paper proposes the multi-mode delta sigma DAC which improves the stability near DC andNyquist frequency by switching the 3 operating mode (lowpass, bandpass, highpass). Furthermore, the experimental results show that EVMs (Error Vector Magnitude) of 5% and 10% are achieved for a Sub-6 (4.5 GHz) band and K-band (19.3 GHz) transmission respectively. |
