The Outer Bounds for the General Secret-Private Key Capacity Region for Three Terminals

Abstract(in English) We consider the general model for secret key generation between three terminals in which they are required to generate one secret key (SK), which is known to all parties, and three distinct private key (PK), each of which are known between each pair of terminals respectively and all keys are also to be concealed from the eavesdropper. It is assumed that each terminal observes a component of a correlated source, and they also have access to unrestricted noiseless public communication. We derive outer bounds for this configuration of terminals and give an example for which this bound is tight, and thus characterize the capacity for all four achievable rates of key generation for this specific source. In addition to achieving the converse bound, our work extends beyond the weak converse to establish the strong converse.
