Abstract(in English) In this research, the method of extracting the position of the transmitting light source in the image is studied in order to perform ITS Visible Light Communication using an image sensor. Vehicle taillights and daylights are used as the transmitting light sources. By extraction only each emitting light through image processing, various light sources in the outdoor environment are removed. The proposed method removes information other than the light source through a binarization process by setting an appropriate exposure, and obtains the blinking area from multiple frames of laminated images.
