Abstract(in English) The next generation 6G communication system is expected to utilize electromagnetic waves in the terahertz band (>100 GHz). To realize future terahertz communication, accurate dielectric material evaluation techniques are required. The evaluation of dielectric properties is particularly important for realizing low-loss transmission lines in the terahertz band. In this study, a novel method for evaluating the polymer dielectric properties in the terahertz band is proposed and demonstrated. We report that fabricating the polymer materials into a conventional planar resonator enables the evaluation of its dielectric properties via free-spectral range and quality factor measurements.
