Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, research has been conducted on AQFP circuits, which are superconducting logic circuits that consume less power and operate at higher speeds than the CMOS semiconductor-based electronic circuits. Although there are still many problems to be solved for the practical applications of AQFP circuits, it is believed that the AQFP circuits will make a great contribution to society if these problems are solved. Therefore, in this study, we will improve the placement and routing optimization problem, which is one of the issues of AQFP circuits, by using a multi-objective GA method.
