Abstract(in English) | In recent years, motors have been widely used in applications such as electric vehicles, robots, and IoT devices, and account for more than 40〜50% of the world's total power consumption. Therefore, vibration analysis is important for efficient motor design. Conventionally, the Fast Fourier transform(FFT) is used for frequency analysis of motors, but it is difficult to derive accurate vibration frequency during acceleration operation. Therefore, we propose a method to accurately determine the vibration frequency during acceleration using a finite-order Hilbert transformer. In this paper, we apply the proposed method to measured motor data and present evidence that the proposed method is effective. |
