Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Currently, various authentication methods are used in many systems. Among them, PIN code authentication is widely adopted due to its advantages such as convenience, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility. However, authentication based solely on a PIN code as a single factor can easily lead to unauthorized access if a third party obtains the information. Therefore, multi-factor authentication is required. In this paper, we propose a personal authentication system that uses the multimedia data framework for machine learning provided by Google, Media Pipe, to extract three elements: eyes, mouth, and hands in front of a web camera, and uses their features to input a PIN code. It is also believed that high security can be achieved by reading personal biometric information during authentication. The purpose of this paper is to propose the development of an authentication system with improved usability and authentication strength.
