| Abstract(in English) | Compressing video and images with lossy compression degrades input data.Therefore, image quality evaluation is necessary to determine the degree of degradation. objective image quality assessments are often used in image quality assessment. However, most of the existing objective image quality assessments are based on a scale of 1 to 5. Therefore, in this paper, focusing on near-lossless (low compression, i.e., almost no compression) image compression, we created a new subjective image quality assesment dataset by conducting a binary evaluation subjective evaluation experiment based on JND (Just noticeable difference). In addition, the obtained dataset were evaluated using existing objective image quality assessments. |
