Magnetization Characteristics Expression for Ferromagnetic Materials and its Model Parameter Dependency in Non-linear Spring and Static Friction Model

Abstract(in English) Modeling the hysteresis characteristics of ferromagnetic materials is important for EMC design. The authors have previously proposed a mechanical model to simulate the hysteresis characteristics of ferromagneticmaterials. In this report, the mechanical model with nonlinear spring and static friction, as well as the expression ofhysteresis characteristics of magnetization by the model, is explained in more detail. Investigation is made on how some of the constants representing the ferromagnetic properties (such as remanent magnetization $M_r$, complex initial permeability $mu_i$, angular relaxation frequency $omega_r$) depend on the parameters involved in the model.
