Abstract(in English) | Cognitive workload during a listening and recall task was estimated using a state-space model based on metrics of pupillary dilations and saccadic eye movements. The latent attention levels were predicted in 15 time bins using two parameters of the model, based on the experimental factors: (1) Speech type factors (i.e., natural vs. synthetic), and (2) three signal-to-noise levels (-1dB, -3dB, and -5dB). The results indicate that the above experimental factors can be used for estimating attention levels during the listening and recall task. |
