| Abstract(in English) | The assurance system in NTT DOCOMO realizes monitoring and control of transport networks by using distributed information from the NE management systems (EMS) and the design management systems (Fulfillment) which automatically design and configure transport network. However, the notations of the same endpoint, such as NE or Port, may not necessarily match as information treated among Assurance, EMS, and Fulfillment Products, and there are also no standardized rules. To perform proper network monitoring and control, it is necessary to make adjustment as needed to treat them as the same endpoint in Assurance. This paper describes issues and countermeasures on information relationship to among Assurance, EMS, and Fulfillment Products in Transport Network Management. |
